Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

Responsibilities
- Help lead and support a growing team of in-home sales reps.
- Interview and help train new team members.
- Guide and mentor others to grow their sales skills.
- Measure outcomes and support ongoing team improvement
- Help the team hit (and beat!) sales goals.
Requirements
- No degree or certification is needed.
- Willing to follow our proven sales system.
- Highly coachable and reliable.
