The Sales Coordinator supports and coordinates all rental equipment needs, ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations. This role offers an opportunity to learn various business aspects for future sales or management roles.

  • Assist sales reps and management with equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups
  • Act as liaison between customers and branch departments to meet and exceed expectations
  • Manage RentalMan system for all rental transactions
  • Dispatch service calls for delivery, pickup, parts, and maintenance
  • Monitor accounts receivable and create rental contracts and delivery tickets
  • Continue learning about products, inventory, pricing, and delivery capabilities
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
