Responsibilities include answering calls, managing electronic leads, maintaining data accuracy, processing correspondence, assisting with reports, coordinating VIP amenities and reservations, and aiding in space blocking and proposals.
They handle group and catering paperwork, organize reports, coordinate transportation, and support site visits.
Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to multitask, with experience in hotel sales or FDC system preferred.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and capable of working flexible hours.
Tools include computers, printers, phones, and scanners.
