Sales Coordinator – Dealership Environment

Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our growing dealership operations. This role is essential to ensuring smooth communication between customers, the sales team, internal departments, and external partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and coordinate follow-up with the sales team.

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, sales packets, and related documentation with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and assist with forecasting and reporting.

  • Support inventory management by coordinating with service, parts, and operations teams to confirm availability and delivery timelines.

  • Assist with scheduling equipment demonstrations, delivery appointments, and customer training.

  • Coordinate internal communication between departments to ensure seamless customer experience from order to delivery.

  • Process sales orders and ensure all required paperwork is complete, compliant, and properly routed.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Assist with marketing tasks such as updating listings, preparing promotional materials, and supporting events as needed.


Qualifications

  • Experience in a dealership, industrial equipment, transportation, or related environment preferred, but not required.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with a positive, professional demeanor.

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in paperwork and documentation.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service.
