We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HVAC Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure a smooth experience for our customers from initial inquiry through project completion. Key Sub Tasks
- Coordinate all sales activities, acting as the liaison between sales staff, project managers, customers, and internal departments.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain all sales documentation including proposals, contracts, financing paperwork, permits, and job files.
- Support project managers by ensuring they have accurate information, materials, and schedules to successfully execute projects.
- Step in to manage or close sales when needed, including assisting customers with financing and finalizing details.
- Maintain clear communication, track sales progress, and keep internal systems up to date to ensure a smooth customer experience.
