    Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team! Ideally situated on California''s Central Coastline and steps away from pristine beaches. Our property pays homage to Santa Barbara's culture and history throughout the 24-acre resort.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

    At least one (1) year of administrative experience is desired

    Previous experience in hotel sales or marketing

    Experience with Delphi is a plus

    Key Details:

    Assist with special events, site inspections, and on‑property photo shoots

    Greet hotel guests, provide directions, and answer general guest inquiries

    Answer incoming phone calls, gather critical information, and route to appropriate managers

    Respond to inquiries received via email and referrals

    Enter and manage leads, inquiries, and client information in the Delphi system

    Partner with the Finance Department and Director to track commission and revenue details

    Update marketing photos and property information on third‑party websites and platforms

    Ensure site rooms are prepared daily for inspections and events

    Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to coordinate site rooms

    Manage master room keys for site rooms and maintain appropriate access controls

    Shift Pattern: DAY 8:00am - 5:00pm (weekend availability needed during special events with ample notice)
