Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote hotel patronage.
Responsibilities include booking and pursuing new business leads, conducting market research, developing marketing plans and sales budgets, and maintaining client relationships.
Coordinate event logistics, ensure meeting room readiness, and handle client follow-up to build loyalty and secure future bookings.
Organize and track sales data, support management tasks, and perform all other assigned duties.
Qualifications include 1+ year experience in hotel front desk or sales (brand experience preferred), strong prospecting skills, open availability, and proficiency in software tools.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills are essential.
