The Sales Coordinator supports clients with rental equipment needs, ensuring all rental functions are handled efficiently, accurately, and promptly. This role offers a valuable opportunity to learn various business aspects to prepare for future sales or management positions.

Required Skills & Education:

  • Primary Duties:

  • Assist with coordinating rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups
  • Act as liaison between customers and branch departments to meet expectations and foster good will
  • Manage RentalMan system for on/off rents
  • Dispatch service calls for delivery, pickup, parts, and maintenance
  • Monitor accounts receivable reports
  • Create and oversee rental contracts and delivery tickets
  • Continuously expand knowledge of products, inventory, pricing, and delivery capabilities
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
