Primary Duties:
Assist with coordinating rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups
Act as liaison between customers and branch departments to meet expectations and foster good will
Manage RentalMan system for on/off rents
Dispatch service calls for delivery, pickup, parts, and maintenance
Monitor accounts receivable reports
Create and oversee rental contracts and delivery tickets
Continuously expand knowledge of products, inventory, pricing, and delivery capabilities
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
