We are seeking an organized, relationship-driven Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in reaching revenue goals, primarily focusing on bridal and wedding room blocks and acting as a Group Coordinator from contract to arrival.
Responsibilities include managing group bookings, building partnerships with wedding venues and vendors, tracking inventory, and maximizing revenue. The role also involves administrative support, CRM updates, and assisting with sales strategies, as well as providing support to a sister property as needed.
Requirements include at least 1 year of hospitality or sales experience, knowledge of group processes and reservations systems, strong relationship-building skills, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
