We are looking for a high-energy Sales Coordinator to keep our office running like a well-oiled machine. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and the primary support for our Sales and Production teams. If you are organized, great with people, and comfortable with numbers/billing, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do Daily Summarized

  • Lead Management: Answer phones, qualify new leads, and get them on the calendar for our sales team.
  • Customer Service: Greet walk-in guests and coordinate their meetings with our team.
  • Project Kickoff: Process newly "Accepted" jobs by sending out DocuSigns, invoicing deposits, and setting up project folders in Teams.
  • Billing & Paperwork: Handle invoicing for change orders and project balances, send out lien releases, and request NTOs (Notices to Owner).
  • Office Upkeep: Keep the office and kitchen tidy, order supplies, and occasionally coordinate catering for events.
  • Sales Tracking: Update sales totals and billing spreadsheets for our weekly team meetings.
  • Collections: Follow up on outstanding payments to keep projects moving.

The Skills You Need

  • Organization: You can juggle multiple emails, phone calls, and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Teams, DocuSign, and learning new software (we use iPoint).
  • Professionalism: You can talk to builders and homeowners with confidence and ease.
  • Attention to Detail: You understand that timing is everything (especially with legal docs like NTOs).
