Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries from potential customers.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options.
• Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to build relationships and trust.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and test drive vehicles.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including features and benefits of each model.
• Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate online and in-person sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in internet sales, call center, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems and online sales tools.
• High-energy, positive attitude, and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
