What You’ll Do
On-Site Estimates
• Travel to customers’ homes or businesses to perform professional, accurate moving and junk removal estimates
• Build trust quickly through clear communication, confidence, and genuine customer care
• Identify opportunities to upsell services that make the customer’s life easier
• Represent the College Hunks brand with energy, professionalism, and positivity
Over-the-Phone Estimates
• Handle inbound estimate requests with speed and enthusiasm
• Ask the right questions to understand scope, timelines, and customer needs
• Provide accurate estimates while creating a smooth, friendly experience
• Convert calls into booked jobs through strong rapport and solution-based selling
Internal Lead Follow-Up
• Reach out to warm leads generated from previous customers, website inquiries, and internal systems
• Re-engage customers who requested quotes but haven’t booked yet
• Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates
• Track communication and progress using our CRM and internal tools
