Full-Time | Hybrid | W2 Position | Aspen Contracting

What You Will Do
- Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads
- Knock doors and canvas neighborhoods
- Complete roofing and exterior inspections
- Document findings with photos and notes
- Present estimates and review scopes of work
- Guide homeowners through retail and insurance processes
- Execute agreements and contingencies
- Attend build days as the homeowner’s main contact
- Collect payments
- Request reviews and referrals
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
You will manage the customer relationship from first conversation to final payment.

Compensation & Support
This is a W2 commission-based position.
