Automotive Sales Consultant | No Sundays | Unlimited Earning Potential

McDaniels Ford is expanding our Sales Team and we're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals who want to build a long-term career in automotive sales.

What You'll Do

  • Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale

  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection process using a consultative approach

  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, features, and technology

  • Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business

  • Learn and apply effective objection-handling and closing techniques

  • Maintain product knowledge on current Ford models, available packages, and emerging technology

  • Work closely with Sales Management to achieve individual and dealership goals

  • Deliver an exceptional buying experience from initial greeting through delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Professional appearance and communication skills

  • Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust

  • Sales experience preferred, automotive experience is a plus

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to use your own laptop for daily operations

  • Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment
