What this role really is

You're sitting across from someone in pain — foot, knee, or back — and helping them improve how they feel every day.


A typical day looks like this:


You greet a customer, sit down with them, and walk through a structured, 45-minute consultation. You ask questions, understand their lifestyle, and guide them toward a solution. It's part elevated customer service, part expert consultation — and it makes a real difference.
