A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:
- Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
- Work with the customer to understand what they need and propose the best options for meeting those needs
- Collaborate with design, production and installation teams as needed to flesh out project details and provide customer with an accurate quote
- Monitor production progress, continue communication with customer regarding project status and scheduling pick-up, delivery or installation
- Participate in daily team meetings to assure projects are corectly prioritized and requirements communicated accurately
- Build long-lasting relationships, turning prospects into long term clients by providing timely, quality results that meet the customer's need.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to help customers be successful
- Great listening and organizational skills
- Detail oriented (almost all our products are custom, requiring attention to details sch as size, end-use, colors, fonts, materials, ....)
- Comfortable with computer based work - estimating, paperless workflow and filing system, communication, research
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Design experience beneficial, not required
