As our Sales & Community Partnerships Leader, you’ll drive membership growth and local engagement across all club locations. This role goes beyond traditional sales — it’s about creating meaningful connections that turn prospects into long-term members and community partners into brand advocates.
You’ll lead and develop a high-performing membership team, build partnerships with local businesses and schools, design outreach initiatives and referral programs, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless member journey from first interaction to long-term engagement. You’ll balance strategy with hands-on leadership, bringing both structure and energy to the field.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven leader who thrives on visibility, accountability, and results. You know how to coach a team, build trust quickly, and create momentum in the community. Fitness, hospitality, or membership-based experience is preferred.
