The Role

This is a sales role first. You'll spend most of your day on the phone -- turning inquiries into booked clients, following up with leads, and making sure every caller feels heard and taken care of.


The right person for this role loves talking to people but knows how to keep a conversation focused and moving. They're upbeat and warm without being chatty, efficient without feeling rushed, and genuinely care about helping people -- not just closing a call.


You'll be trained through our in-house sales program. Strong customer service experience and the right personality matter more than a polished sales background.


About 20% of the role involves light office support -- supply inventory, invoicing, deposits, and in-person onboarding logistics -- handled during quieter moments in the day.


This is NOT the right fit if you prefer a behind-the-scenes admin role or would rather avoid the phone.

Responsibilities

      Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries

      Guide prospective clients through quoting and booking

      Follow up persistently with open leads

      Handle client concerns with warmth and professionalism

      Collect deposits and process invoices at booking

      Maintain organized client records

      Monitor supply inventory and coordinate restocking

      Support in-person new hire onboarding logistics


Qualifications

      Customer service experience required -- retail, hospitality, call center, or similar

      Some sales experience preferred; full training provided

      Excellent phone presence -- warm, clear, easy to listen to

      Highly organized with strong follow-through

      Tech savvy; able to learn new software quickly


Compensation & Benefits

      $28/hour to start

      Uncapped performance incentives

      Paid training

      PTO eligibility

      Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM -- no nights or major holidays
