Sales Center Manager - We are opening a new location. Looking for someone with that entrepreneurial spirit - is that you?
Gemaire Distributors is seeking a Sales Center Manager to lead sales and operations at our HVAC wholesale branch. You’ll drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure a great customer experience through effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales and profitability
- Oversee inventory and showroom merchandising
- Recruit, train, and lead a diverse team
- Ensure safety and compliance
- Manage branch P&L
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Qualifications:
- 2–4 years’ operational experience in retail or wholesale
- Proven leadership and sales growth ability
- Strong relationship-building and analytical skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office)
- HVAC industry experience preferred
Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment: Warehouse setting, Mon–Fri with some physical work required
