Join our dynamic crew as a Sales Center Coordinator and become an essential part of branch operations. In this role you'll be the "front-line" for customers, vendors, and internal teams-handling order entry, cash processing, documentation, and day-to-day office coordination while upholding the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and service. Responsibilities of the Sales Center Coordinator:
  • Answer phones and respond to email inquiries promptly.
  • Receive, review, and enter daily orders into the ERP system.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and inventory availability.
  • Process cash, check, and credit-card transactions; prepare bank deposits.
  • Post customer payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform daily data entry for received and shipped goods.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and branch events.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with ad-hoc projects and reporting.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines; participate in quarterly audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience of the Sales Center Coordinator:
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
  • Proficient in use of email and internet
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
