Key Responsibilities

  • First-Class Front Desk Presence: Warmly greet visitors and manage high-quality phone communications with exceptional professionalism.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide dedicated administrative backup to the sales agents to streamline day-to-day operations and help maximize team efficiency.
  • Environment Presentation: Maintain a welcoming, pristine, and highly organized sales center environment that reflects the luxury standards of the brand.
  • Daily Office Operations: Manage daily office logistics, including calendar scheduling, appointment coordination, and official correspondence.
  • Clerical Oversight: Execute precise data entry, prepare critical sales documentation, and manage general clerical duties.
What We're Looking For

  • Polished Communication: stellar interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

  • Experience: Prior administrative, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred (real estate or homebuilding exposure is a plus!).
