Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Sales & Catering Coordinator to support our Sales Department.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for detailing and servicing all group business turned over from the team and provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team.
  • Receive and filter all sales leads to the appropriate sales manager.
  • Plan event details and act as property liaison for planning and execution of meetings/events, including outlining of details and Banquet Event Orders
  • Manage the sale efforts between the sales department and catering to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenue
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters relating to The Quail

 

General Requirements

  • Prior experience in event planning or event sales required
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional customer service with excellent communication

 

Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
