Grainda Builders is hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and help identify the right projects for the company. This role owns the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract execution, while also supporting early estimating, project qualification, and pre-construction conversations.
This is not a simple appointment-setting role. The ideal candidate is a strategic closer with construction knowledge, strong financial acumen, and the ability to listen carefully, guide clients confidently, and protect company profitability. Assisting with preliminary estimating and budget development is part of the role, but the primary focus is sales, relationship-building, project qualification, and business development.
