This role has a heavy focus on new business development in specialized, technical markets—ideal for a true sales hunter who excels in niche industries and engineered-product environments.You will lead growth with OEMs and advanced manufacturing customers in aerospace, semiconductor, laboratory, cleanroom, and heavy industrial sectors , working directly with engineers, specifiers, and procurement teams to deliver high-value mobility and caster solutions.If you thrive on uncovering new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and owning a large, high-potential territory, this role is built for you.What You Will Be DoingIdentify, pursue, and secure new OEM business across aerospace, semiconductor, lab, cleanroom, and heavy manufacturing marketsConduct high-volume prospecting , strategic territory planning, and outbound activity to penetrate niche, engineered-product environmentsBuild relationships with engineers, buyers, EHS leaders, operations managers, and R&D teamsUse a consultative, technical selling approach to position application-specific caster and mobility solutionsManage a small portfolio of existing accounts while aggressively growing new businessMaintain an active pipeline using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and digital sales toolsTravel independently throughout the Great Lakes territory ( 75–80% travel ) to visit OEMs, integrators, and manufacturing facilitiesPartner with internal engineering, sales support, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account developmentA proven sales hunter with B2B experience selling technical, industrial, or engineered productsBackground selling into at least one of the following environments:AerospaceSemiconductorToolingCart fabrication and conveyor systemsLab and cleanroom environmentsDemonstrated success in generating leads, nurturing pipelines, and closing businessHighly independent, disciplined, and driven to develop a large territory with minimal oversightComfortable working closely with engineers, specifiers, and procurement professionalsStrong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal3+ years of successful outside sales experience (technical or industrial sales strongly preferred)Experience selling to or working within: aerospace, semiconductor, Tier 1 manufacturing, tooling, GSE, or cleanroom environmentsProficiency with CRM platforms , quoting systems, and digital selling toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the regionSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesIndustrial Machinery ManufacturingBenefitsMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)Disability insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
