ROLE PURPOSE
The Sales & Brand Growth Director develops and executes strategies that grow sales, strengthen community partnerships, and increase brand awareness while creating opportunities for long-term restaurant growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow Check Average and Transaction Counts
- Develop opportunities in 3rd Party, Mobile, and Catering Sales
- Engage with & grow influence in the Lake Oconee community in-person and through Social Media
- Ensure faithful financial stewardship in the business
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership:
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly Sales & Brand Growth strategies.
- Influence culture through the Restaurant Framework and leadership example.
- Ensure compliance with Pathway procedures, policies, and brand standards.
- Provide Sales & Brand Growth reporting and strategic updates to HPLT.
- Model Chick-fil-A Lake Oconee's Vision, Values, Mission, and Purpose.
- Create a positive, welcoming environment where guests and Team Members feel they belong.
Talent:
- Lead and develop the Sales & Brand Growth Team.
- Champion in-store marketing initiatives that engage guests and Team Members.
- Coach Team Members to consistently deliver the Core 4 and H.E.A.R.D. model.
- Develop Team Members into "Ideal Team Players" through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
- Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-oriented culture.
- Master all operational positions within your area of responsibility.
- Pursue continuous personal and professional development.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with leaders to provide coaching, support, and accountability.
Customer Experience:
- Execute promotional campaigns, POP installation, and seasonal product launches.
- Partner with BOH Leadership to ensure an exceptional catering experience.
- Manage social media and strengthen community engagement.
- Coordinate the Chick-fil-A Cow mascot and community outreach events.
- Maintain a welcoming, on-brand restaurant environment through visual marketing and community displays.
- Protect the Chick-fil-A brand through excellence in Food Safety, Food Quality, and operational execution.
- Foster a culture of food safety, cleanliness, and accountability.
- Ensure consistent execution of operational checklists and cleaning standards.
- Deliver remarkable guest experiences through hospitality, speed, and accuracy.
- Maintain Team Member appearance and brand standards.
- Execute all rollouts, LTOs, and promotional initiatives with excellence.
- Use CEM feedback to drive continuous operational improvement.
Sales & Brand Growth
- Set, communicate, and monitor sales and transaction goals.
- Foster a competitive, enthusiastic culture focused on achieving growth goals.
- Drive sales growth through catering, delivery, and Beyond the Restaurant initiatives.
- Oversee the catering program to ensure every order is accurate and executed with excellence.
- Develop and execute quarterly marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with restaurant goals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with community partners, businesses, schools, and key organizations.
- Cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships through intentional follow-up.
- Plan and execute impactful in-restaurant and community events that increase brand awareness and sales.
- Ensure the restaurant's culture grows alongside its sales by developing people, celebrating wins, and protecting the guest experience.
- Manage all donation requests.
Financial Stewardship
- Demonstrate excellent stewardship of all restaurant resources.
- Minimize waste by ensuring consistent execution of LEAN and FIFO inventory practices.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI and support restaurant goals.
- Manage marketing budgets to achieve financial objectives.
- Protect cash and ensure compliance with all cash-handling procedures.
- Support end-of-month financial processes and reporting.
- While leading operations, steward labor, food, and controllable costs to achieve business goals.
- Maintain company vehicles

- Overall Sales Growth =>10%
- CFA One App =>25% of Sales
- Catering Growth: 10%+
- Spotlight User Growth: 20% YOY
- Social Media Followers: 20% YOY
- Catering Clients: 20% YOY
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- Schedule: Full-Time
- In-Operations: 15 hours/week
- Admin hours: 25 hours/week
- Open: At least once a week
- Close: At least once a week
- Saturdays off: Once a month *Subject to change as team grows*

- Previous leadership/management experience in the restaurant industry preferred, but not required
- Marketing background/experience
