Sales & Booking Specialist (Spa Setting)

At Skin Spa Asheville, we specialize in elevated spa experiences, group celebrations, and memorable guest moments. We’re looking for a Sales & Booking Specialist who can confidently convert inquiries into bookings, build relationships with new clients, and drive consistent growth through outreach and upselling.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and spa parties
- Confidently recommend services, packages, and add-ons to maximize each booking
- Proactively follow up with leads and incomplete bookings
- Build relationships with wedding planners, hotels, Airbnb hosts, and local businesses to generate new client referrals
- Assist with coordinating group bookings (bachelorettes, birthdays, couples, etc.)
- Maintain organized client records and booking notes
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and rebooking
- Support front desk flow when needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Experience in sales, hospitality, spa, or customer service preferred
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $18 - $20/hour (based on experience)
- Bonus/commission opportunities based on bookings and sales performance
