What You'll Be Doing
- Crafting quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages with care and consistency
- Operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and answering questions about our baked goods
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming caf environment
- Supporting the team during busy periods with a positive, collaborative attitude
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience working in hospitality or food service
- Barista experience (or strong willingness to develop those skills)
- A genuine passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
