1. Sales Associate – Join Our Team!

We are looking for passionate Sales Associates to join our at Jeelook & ZendyDesigns! You’ll assist customers in finding the perfect gifts, provide excellent service, and contribute to a welcoming and creative shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection
• Learn and apply gift-wrapping and flower-wrapping techniques
• Maintain store presentation and restock displays
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Help promote our brand and products

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and responsible with handling transactions
• Willingness to learn and grow in a creative environment

Store position: $14–$16.50/hr

2. Pop-Up Sales Associate:

Besides the Sales Associate position at the store (The Colony), you can also choose to work at one or more pop-up sales events each month — with higher pay. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a flexible work schedule with great earning potential.

As a Pop-Up Sales Associate, you will represent our brand at various markets and events, primarily in Downtown Dallas, Bishop Arts, The Colony, Richardson, and Downtown Fort Worth. Your responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down the booth, assisting customers, processing sales, and helping us meet sales targets.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Base Pay: $100-$150 per event

• Bonus: $50–$100 if sales targets are met (most employees hit their targets, earning $200–$250 per event)

• Event Duration: 4–6 hours, plus 1 hour for setup and 30–45 minutes for breakdown

• Flexible Schedule: Most of our shows are on weekends, with multiple shows every Saturday, 2-3 shows on Fridays and Sundays.
