Overview:
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll create memorable customer experiences during peak seasons by engaging with shoppers, supporting store operations, and promoting products. This role provides opportunities to learn, grow, and work with a passionate team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service using the C.H.A.R.M service model
- Foster a positive team culture through collaboration and feedback
- Assist in sales, merchandising, visual displays, and stockroom tasks
- Work with management to meet sales goals
- Stay informed on product launches and brand initiatives to enhance customer engagement
- Follow all company policies on security and inventory control
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 or older
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced retail settings
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long hours, and move merchandise as needed
- Ability to read instructions and operate POS systems
