Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers with a smile
Communicate well with customers, coworkers, and store management
Know the store layout to help customers find what they need and answer their questions
Operate a cash register efficiently
Follow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures
Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues
Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom
Sort and organize damaged and outdated products and notify management of out-of-stock items
Keep the store neat and clean by sweeping, dusting, straightening merchandise, and taking out the trash
Continuously replenish stock on the sales floor
Assist with inventory counts and resolving inventory discrepancies
Perform other related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
Being flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Capability to lift 40-60 pounds
Comfortable working in an environment exposed to varying temperatures
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
