We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Consulting Sales Associate to join our fast-paced, thriving finance team. This role is a unique blend of sales, consulting and finance, offering a lucrative hourly rate plus an attractive commission structure. As a Consulting Sales Associate, you will be the driving force behind our business growth, leveraging your skills and experience in B2B sales, consumer sales, consumer electronics, and consumer goods to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your sales expertise to identify and pursue potential leads in your designated territory.
  • Cold call prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through effective account management.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the finance team to provide clients with consulting services tailored to their specific needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitive market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual goals.
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay ahead in the competitive market.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, consumer sales, consumer electronics, consumer goods, and territory sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Must have a "hunter" mentality, with a drive to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
