The Sales Associate/ Installation Support Technician is based at the Leonard Greenville, NC sales lot with operations in the U.S. and has overall responsibility for assisting customers in finding the right products according to their needs, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This position will support the Installation staff by assisting installs for a wide range of aftermarket automotive parts, including truck covers, accessories, spray-in liners, and window tints on trucks and commercial vehicles. This position reports directly to the store manager and does not have direct reports. Job Responsibilities: Greets customers and asks questions to determine what each customer wants or needs.
