Job Title: Full-Time Sales Associates - Active 55+ Manufactured Housing Community
Location: 12116 SW CR769, Lake Suzy, Florida
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 earning potential
About Us:
We are a premier, 5-star active 55+ land lease manufactured housing community located in the beautiful Lake Suzy, Florida. Our community will have over 900 homes and there are currently 300 sold.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to earn between $75,000 and $100,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads to sell homes in our 55+ manufactured housing community.
Engage with prospective buyers, provide tours, and assist with the home-buying process.
Develop strong relationships with current and potential residents.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the community.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available homes, pricing, and community features.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate, manufactured housing, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
High-energy, positive attitude, and excellent organizational skills.
Experience in a 55+ community is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive guaranteed base salary plus commission.
Earning potential of $75,000 + based on performance.
Full-time, permanent position.
