Sales Associate

The Sales Associate provides customer service, processes transactions, and ensures accurate weighing and billing of materials at our landscape supply yard. This includes generating receipts and invoices in QuickBooks, operating the vehicle scale, cash handling and maintaining accurate records. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MOST WEEKENDS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer product/pricing questions.
   

• Create sales receipts and invoices in QuickBooks.
   

• Operate scale to weigh aggregate loads accurately.
   

• Ensure vehicles are fully on the scale before weighing.
   

• Enter accurate material descriptions, weights, and customer details.
   

• Handle payments (cash, check, credit card) securely.
   

• Communicate with loader operators for correct material loading.
   

• Maintain clean and organized office space.
   

• Support inventory tracking and customer account management.
