We’re looking for upbeat, motivated team members who love customer service and sales to join our front desk team at:
Drybar Missoula (140 E Front St)
Compensation:
$13/hr base pay
Commission on products, hot tools, and memberships
Tips opportunities
Average earnings of $16+/hr with commission included

What You’ll Do:
Welcome guests and create an amazing first impression
Book appointments and assist with check-in/check-out
Recommend memberships, add-ons, products, and hot tools
Help drive sales while creating a fun, seamless guest experience
Support the team in achieving salon goals
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality
Strong customer service & communication skills
Confidence with sales and recommending services/products
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Retail, salon, or sales experience preferred
Shift Openings:
Tuesday–Friday: 7AM–3PM or 11AM–7PM
Ssturday: 8AM–4PM or 11AM–7PM
Sunday: 9AM–4PM
