A respected custom home builder in the Lexington/Midlands market is seeking a Sales Assistant / Homebuilding Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping homeowners navigate the custom homebuilding process from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Assist homeowners with selections and finish choices
Coordinate and process change orders
Schedule appointments with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors
Support the sales and customer experience process from contract through completion
Maintain communication and follow-up throughout the building process
Coordinate administrative tasks related to residential construction projects
Help ensure a smooth and organized experience for homeowners
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional and polished presentation
Dependable with a stable work history
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Preferred Experience
Residential construction or homebuilding experience

Compensation & Benefits
$40,000 - $60,000+ DOE
