Salem, Oregon Territory - Route Sales & Service Representative

Our Client is currently hiring a Sales & Service Representative to join their team. They are looking for someone who can work independently, manage time well and build rapport with customers.

• Build and maintain excellent customer relations through professionalism, courtesy, and consistent trustworthy service.
• Be the primary sales contact point to restock and maintain first aid stations
• Attain or exceed agreed upon daily sales goals by up-selling, cross-selling, making recommendations to customers for stocking of new items and probing for referrals and additional needs
• Communicate customer interests, needs and or issues to management team
• Re-stock service can as necessary and maintain agreed upon inventory levels

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a route sales role is desirable
• Be self-directed, motivated, organized, and able to plan and execute daily responsibilities without supervision
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent Driving record
• Ability to meet physical requirements of this position
