Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products.

Prepare quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve agency goals.

Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and relevant regulations.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nebraska Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain).

Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with agency management systems.
