Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales Support

  • Support the Leasing Director in managing inquiries and ongoing prospect follow-up
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain consistent outreach with prospects, including nurturing long-term leads
  • Accurately track all activity and communication within the CRM system
  • Help ensure timely, organized, and consistent engagement throughout the sales process

Tours & Prospect Experience

  • Coordinate, schedule, and confirm community tours
  • Assist with discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and timing
  • Support and conduct tours as needed, delivering a welcoming and engaging experience
  • Ensure all tour materials and spaces are prepared and presentation-ready

Move-In Coordination

  • Assist with collecting and organizing all required residency documentation
  • Coordinate key steps in the move-in process, including scheduling and communication
  • Ensure paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • Guide families through next steps with clear, proactive communication
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive move-in experience

Marketing, Outreach & Events

  • Assist in planning and executing on-site events, including RSVP tracking and follow-up
  • Support outreach efforts such as email campaigns and community relationship-building
  • Help maintain marketing materials to ensure brand consistency
  • Participate in events that drive engagement and lead generation

Administrative & CRM Support

  • Maintain organized digital and physical prospect files
  • Track inquiries, appointments, and sales activity for reporting
  • Assist in preparing sales and marketing reports
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs of the leasing team

Hospitality & Customer Experience

  • Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for all visitors and families
  • Ensure the community and tour path are consistently presentation-ready
  • Uphold Prime's hospitality-driven culture in every interaction

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and service-minded
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Professional presence with a polished, customer-facing demeanor
  • Passion for working with older adults and their families

Schedule & Requirements

  • Full-time, onsite role (Hourly)
  • Schedule determined in partnership with leadership and based on community needs
  • Some availability for occasional evenings or events may be requested
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
