What You'll Own

As a Sales & Enrollment Manager, you will:

  • Manage the full enrollment cycle - from initial inquiry to registration and retention
  • Drive conversion by improving follow-up, communication, and customer experience
  • Track and improve key performance metrics including leads, enrollments, and retention
  • Identify gaps in systems and implement more efficient processes
  • Support day-to-day operations including scheduling and administrative workflows
  • Troubleshoot basic tech or system issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
  • Assist with website updates and marketing initiatives
  • Serve as a key communication point between customers, staff, and leadership
  • Help create a smooth, professional experience for every family

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business operations
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and improve results
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software
  • Experience with CRMs, scheduling tools, or WordPress is a plus
  • Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company

Schedule

  • Full-time or part-time opportunities available
  • Flexible scheduling depending on business needs and availability
  • Some evening or weekend availability may be needed
