Full-Time Rate: $25 USD per hour Marriott Boston-Quincy 1000 Marriott Dr Quincy, MA 02169, USA Pay or shift range: $24 USD to $25 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. What you will be doing: You will be a key member of our team, supporting the General Manager, People & Culture, and Sales leadership. You will also help to ensure positive, effective communication between leadership and all operations departments.
What you should bring to the table: A passion for excellent guest service, a high energy level, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. You should also have a welcoming and professional demeanor, excellent telephone etiquette, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
When you will be working: While your schedule will be primarily during office hours, there may be times when you will be needed for nights or weekends.

High School or better.
Bachelors or better in Hospitality and Resort Management.
Previous guest/customer service experience (any industry) is required. Hotel experience is a definite plus!
