As part of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, you will be offered great PERKS and BENEFITS:

  • Affordable Family Health Coverage – Medical, dental & vision plans that won’t break the bank.

  • Generous PTO – Real work-life balance; recharge and renew.
  • Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match – Secure your future while caring for others.
  • Unique Perks – From free parking and employee referral bonuses to pet insurance and renter’s insurance
  • Employee Referral Bonuses – Rewarding you for bringing great talent.
  • Person-Centered Onboarding – A warm welcome that sets you up for success.
  • Apprenticeships & Mentorship – Formal opportunities to learn, grow, and be guided by experienced leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a sophisticated, consultative sales process that prioritizes relationship-building and trust
  • Engage prospective residents and families with a highly personalized, service-oriented approach
  • Navigate complex decision-making processes involving multiple influencers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate advanced questioning, listening, and objection-handling skills
  • Strategically manage and advance prospects through a long and nuanced sales cycle
  • Present community offerings with confidence, tailoring each experience to align with individual goals and lifestyle preferences
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in follow-up, CRM usage, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall occupancy and revenue goals across the Network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university; minimum three years’ experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales, preferably with high-net-worth clients or large financial commitments
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple touchpoints and decision-makers
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly
  • Highly disciplined, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a complex and active pipeline
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a commitment to continuous learning and growth

Our Mission, Vision & Values
Our Mission
Presbyterian SeniorCare is a Christ-centered network of communities and services committed to excellence in enhancing the quality of life of older adults.

Our Vision
Presbyterian SeniorCare will be the region's trusted guide for consumers and the premier provider of integrated care and service options that support older adults wherever they call home.

Our Values
Presbyterian SeniorCare embodies a culture for individuals to live life well, provides employees meaningful, engaging work and demonstrates accountability to the communities we serve.

The Presbyterian SeniorCare Story
From a quiet, humble beginning as the Presbyterian Home in January of 1928, Presbyterian SeniorCare has emerged as western Pennsylvania's largest provider of care and services to older adults (Pittsburgh Business Times, January 2012).

Our organization offers a multitude of care and living options, including our world-renowned Woodside Place, dedicated to serving people with Alzheimer's and other related dementias; adult day services; at-home care coordination, personal care; rehabilitation services, skilled nursing care, in-home private duty non-medical services, hospice and palliative care; affordable and supportive housing and premier independent retirement living.

The telling of our story would not be complete without our ongoing commitment to excellence, confirmed through our multiple accreditations and reaccreditations by CARF-CCAC. Presbyterian SeniorCare was the first eldercare provider in Pennsylvania and the third in the nation to receive independent third-party accreditation as an Aging Services Network (ASN) in 2006.

In 2011 we were honored to achieve reaccreditation as an ASN and for our Continuing Care Retirement Community, Longwood at Oakmont, which was first accredited in 2001. In addition, our nursing communities achieved first-time accreditation in Person-Centered Long Term Care. Please click here to learn more about CARF-CCAC.
