Sales Administrator

We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Administration to support our sales team and defense business operations. This is a hands-on role with variety — spanning order processing, customer communication, trade show participation, and market research. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who takes initiative and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Sales & Customer Support
  • Prepare quotes and process customer orders from start to finish
  • Pack and ship orders accurately and on time
  • Provide customer support, including warranty follow-up and issue resolution
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers on quotes, open sales, and trade show leads
  • Trade Show & Field Support
  • Coordinate and participate in trade show setup and on-site support (Occasional travel required)
  • Office & Administrative Support
  • Maintain product flyers and other product sheets
  • Handle general office tasks including filing and tax-exempt form processing
  • Assist with shopping cart management and inventory counts
  • Research & Market Support
  • General market research
  • Monitor and report on anti-counterfeit activity on eBay and Amazon
  • Assist with social media content and engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and precision in all work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; databases or e-commerce platform experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and field events
  • Self-starter who can manage competing priorities independently
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR requirements.
