Location: Katy, TX
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn technical products and drawings
- Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience preferred
- CRM/ERP experience is a plus
Job Duties:
- Assist Sales Representatives with quotes, orders, and customer support
- Enter and review customer orders, credits, and revisions
- Maintain customer and quote information in company systems
- Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and sales teams
- Learn product specifications, drawings, and applications
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
