Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
Understand client needs and objectives to effectively present Trophy Insurance Solutions' offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling based on client requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
Track account progress, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports on account status.
Proven track record in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
