Account Manager / Sales Operations Leader
Salary $125,000 – $160,000 + Annual Bonus + Benefits in the Upper Midwest
Are you a strong relationship builder who thrives at the intersection of customer service and plant operations? St. Paul Beverage Solutions is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Operations Leader to own day-to-day customer management at our St. Paul fluid milk and aseptic beverage production facility.
While our National Sales team handles the big-picture accounts, you will be the primary operational champion for our site-specific products. This is a highly collaborative, on-site role that focuses on account management and sales operations rather than "hardcore" cold-calling.
Key Responsibilities for this Account Manager:
·Account Management: Serve as the critical day-to-day point of contact for established customers, managing relationships with excellence.
·Sales Operations: Oversee production items, forecasting, shipping, and invoicing specific to the St. Paul facility's product lines.
·Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of two professionals (one Analyst and one Senior Sales Support Specialist).
·Cross-Functional Alignment: Connect the dots between customer needs, production schedules, and plant capabilities to ensure seamless execution.
Minimum qualifications & Experience for this Account Manager position:
·Education: Bachelor’s degree is strictly required.
·Industry Experience: Proven background in contract manufacturing and private label sectors is a must.
·Leadership: Prior experience successfully managing direct reports and leading a team.
·Skill Set: A strong blend of customer-facing communication and operational acumen (forecasting, logistics, and account administration).
