Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Account Manager to join the Country Field Sales team. This role combines new business development with account management responsibilities, focusing on building strong client relationships within luxury hotels, residential developments, and real estate groups and driving growth across a broad portfolio of products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate will bring industry credibility, collaboration skills, and a passion for wellness.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
Develop new business opportunities and maximize market potential
Generate leads, profile customers, plan sales activities, and update the CRM
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely feedback on market and segment trends
Manage territory effectively, meeting company standards for customer and prospect visits
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver tailored solutions and drive long-term success
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience managing complex deals and selling solutions
Strong consulting sales approach, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM software; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Results-driven, with excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills
Passionate, proactive, and ethical, with a positive mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
