Sales Account Manager – Health & Corporate Wellness
Territory: New England (Excluding CT) | Remote-based | Preferred Location: Boston, MA
Base Salary: $85,000 + Commissions | OTE: $150,000-$170,000
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a track record of success selling into healthcare, rehab, medical fitness, or corporate wellness environments?
Our client, a global leader in innovative wellness solutions and premium fitness equipment, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead growth across the Health & Corporate Wellness segment in New England. This is a high-visibility, field-based role focused on expanding relationships with healthcare facilities, corporate fitness centers, rehabilitation clinics, and pro sports organizations.
In this hybrid account management and business development role, you'll manage a key territory that includes all New England states except Connecticut.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving territory sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
Managing and expanding existing client relationships
Generating new opportunities within the healthcare and corporate wellness space
Conducting client visits, consultations, and solution presentations
Providing feedback on local market trends and segment needs
Maintaining CRM hygiene and pipeline activity (Salesforce preferred)
We’re looking for a self-motivated, industry-savvy professional with the credibility and experience to sell consultatively into health- and wellness-focused organizations.
Required qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales/account management experience
Experience selling into verticals such as healthcare, rehab, medical fitness, or corporate wellness
Background in Business, Health, or Exercise Science (degree preferred)
Skilled in complex deal management and solution-based sales
CRM fluency (Salesforce a plus)
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
