Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain a portfolio of key client accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Negotiate contract renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations for improving their experience and outcomes.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices for account management.
Proven track record in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office productivity tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
