We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team and help align human resources practices with the evolving demands of our sales teams. This role is a sales role.

Description

You will be responsible for consulting with sales leadership to assess, develop, and implement HR strategies that drive sales performance and support organizational goals. You will work closely with both HR and sales teams to improve employee engagement, optimize recruitment processes, provide training and development, and help align the sales structure with broader business objectives.

  • Consultative Approach: Collaborate with sales leadership to identify HR needs specific to the sales function, including talent acquisition, retention, and team dynamics.
  • Sales Team Development: Design and implement training and development programs tailored to the sales team's skills, performance, and career progression.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and guide the hiring process for sales talent.
  • Performance Management: Create and drive performance management processes that align with sales targets, setting clear goals and offering actionable feedback.
  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Advise on competitive compensation plans and incentive structures to attract and retain top-performing sales talent.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and boosting morale across the sales department.
  • HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR strategies to support sales performance.

Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B full sales cycles, preferably with a focus on sales teams or sales-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, performance metrics, and sales compensation structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across different levels of the organization.
  • Expertise in talent management, employee development, and organizational design.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to improve sales outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
